The OT19 tweeter was mounted in a simple 45 deg. chamfer waveguide that put its acoustic center in line with the RS75T. A 1/4" countersink was almost perfect for this alignment, and was found empirically through experimentation. I favor 2nd order acoustic slopes, so an aligned z-offset is helpful here. These pictures detail the rear mounting piece that sandwiches the tweeter against the cutout. The holes are to allow the wires to slink through. I have better pictures of this later. A very tight fit!
No matter how good the tools, I still manage to create gaps. I fill them with epoxy.
