First, I use screws to position the outer frame and the inner bracket, and fix them. Then, use glue to paste after disassembling, use screws to fix, and combine with F clamp. This method can make up for my lack of F fixture. Of course, there will be no displacement at the joint of the board after the glue is applied.

I will fix it with screws first. After I have pasted it with glue, I will remove the screws and fix it with wood tips.
I used an 8mm wood chip

I spent the whole afternoon to complete the layout of CAD, which was very tight and did not waste any materials. When I finally got the plate, I found that I had made an additional internal support frame. That is, there is one more red frame bracket in the picture. All right, more is more, put it at home. I used two 18mm thick high-density boards to cut a pair of speakers, which was just right.

The whole construction process of "Pit Vipers"

I still remember when I saw Paul's "Pit Vipers" design plan on the forum in early May 2022. At the first sight, I knew that this was what I needed. I had to build it, but my living room couldn't put it down. I returned to the place where my parents lived soon after the outbreak of the epidemic, and the special plane was ready for me to build it. In the following period of time, he closely followed the progress of the project until the end of July when Paul finally released the complete construction information. Thank you. Thank you again to Paul for providing us with such a good design. I like it very much. During this period, I have started to search and purchase parts. In July this year, I left my original residence and returned to the city where my parents lived. The original woodworking tools and table saws could not be brought to my parents' side. This makes it impossible for me to carry out precise cutting of boards. Because of the house, I am not allowed to do large-scale woodworking, which will cause a lot of dust. I can only find the business that provides CNC cutting, and send my sheet CAD drawings to the business, so that they can send them to my home after cutting.

After July, I was busy with many things at home, and finally got my box materials at the end of October. OK, we can start. Of course, before that, I had purchased speakers from soundimports in July.
