And an update. The Michigan source is out of stock, and refunded my order once they came to their senses. Goodbye Triumph.

There is always the Biumph design too. The reason I did that one is because the '880 stock have been in a state of flux over the last 12 years. It yields another option. Now that the DSA PRs are out, they may prove better applied than the sd215 paper PR.
I'll noodle a bit, and see what shakes out.

The Peerless PRs are still available at the other two upper midwest/great lakes states parts sources. Today at least.

Edit: Wisconsin out, Michigan took my order. You snooze you lose.

Man, what a bummer that those 830880 PR's are now MOQ of 500 pieces

Tommy lays it out rather cleanly...

9" cube with 0.5" material, 9.5" cube with 0.75" material. I used the 25W plate, but up to about 50W is good. W5-1138 Neo or ferrite model with 2x 830880 5.25" PR and no added mass.

Let me know if you need more info...

    Triumph subwoofer questions

I'd like to make a pair of Wolf's triumph subwoofers to pair up with some continuum ii speakers I'll be building.
Can anyone point me to a good link that includes build plans? I believe the subs utilize the Tang Band W5-1138SMF 5-1/4 speaker but what passive radiator do they use?

Do the original plans call for a 9 inch exterior dimension cube made with 1/2 mdf? Is bracing necessary for such a small enclosure?

    Any input would be appreciated!

    Thanks!
Working...
