OT: HIFI Speakers to save the planet!

I like the idea that they are trying to make the heat pump out of 100% recyclable materials. I have been going that way myself by trying to make biodegradable speakers based on paper, and steel as much as possible. That is one of my small contributions towards saving the planet!

If they can dial this in it will be very slick. I think the barrier to entry on these systems lies mostly in cycling and collecting the ground-temp media, but doing the heat pump portion with acoustics instead of refrigerants is a great step in the right direction. I hope the details are manageable.

A better, longer lasting, more efficient heat pump coming soon, but what a waste of a perfectly good driver...you won't be able to hear it.

Maybe you engineers can work on DIY speaker heat pumps for a future InDIYana theme
