Is anyone aware if the Ceramica speakers designed by Selah Audio were documented anywhere? I absolutely LOVE the drivers used in that design. I read the sad news about Rick while researching the Ceramica tower and CC design and was hoping the design hasn't been lost with his passing. I'd love to try and build a set of those speakers. Pics of the speakers provided by Rick from previous posts.

Hi Darren,
I believe the Ceramico design was created by Jeff Bagby and Javad Shadzi. Javad is super active in DIY and has created many excellent designs as well as moderating DIY Loudspeaker Project Pad on Facebook. Google Ceramico and you should find complete build plans. It was a free design. I have heard it and it is excellent.
I'm sure you know that Jeff passed away a couple years ago and is a great loss to DIY speaker building.

There is a bit more info here but iirc these were a closed design sold through Selah.
As Jim Holtz says Jef and Javad plans for the Ceramico’s are on the Facebook DIY loudspeaker project pad, a different design but using the SB CAC drivers. Jeff’s Revolution Mini is also a bookshelf speaker using the 12CAC driver (also on the Facebook page) and Jim Holtz traveller uses the 15CAC as a midrange in his Travellers. So there are a few designs out there using the SB CAC range.

If you don't have the tweeters, it will be a little difficult without doing a direct wire transfer and ordering direct from over seas. They are no longer available stateside as Rick was the sole distributor here.

Thanks everyone for your input. I was always interested int eh RAAL tweeter and saw the tower and CC speakers as potential way to get into a RAAL setup, quality two channel audio and a home theater setup. My Home Theater Build thread

Are you sure that is not a BozHen tweeter?

edit...
Okay, I found another build and different pics, it is a RAAL 70-10D, and easily accessible."Wolf, you shall now be known as "King of the Zip ties." -Pete00t

Rick’s CeramicA is a smaller twin 6.5” 3 way-
Jeff’s CeramicO was a twin 8” 3 way with all SB drivers, commissioned by SB, IIRC.
they are both reasonably good designs but with some constraints. The standard SB line has good (but not great performance below 100Hz so using them in pairs help). Obviously twin 8 is better than twin 6”, and the 5” CAC has a better more than the 4” CAC.
if you have space for the thing the CeramicO will probably play closer to lifelike levels. But then it doesn’t that the RAAL ribbon you love.
But the RS225 is even better still and Jim/Curt’s upcoming Anthology 2 is a tried and trusted 3rd generation design and they keeping going back to the twin RS225; you know that means something! the SB15CAC is a nice midrange; (although I do wish SB would release it with a thinner surround and shorter VC for higher sensitivity). That SB26 is no slouch and you know Jim Curt have both used ribbons; I don’t think they’d release it with a dome if it wasn’t their liking.
I built the StatementsII some 10 years ago and I like those RS225
