This driver is listed on the PE site - but not in the buyout section. It doesn't look entirely bad for $24 a driver...

A quick run of parameters suggests an F3 of 37 in a 1cf box vented with a tuning of 34Hz. Looks like that system may be limited to ~98 DB. No plots available, so can't say much else. With Qts of 0.43, maybe a good TL candidate...

Would be nice to see an FR graph - If I didn't already have drivers on a shelf waiting to be used, I'd want to try some of these. (Well, I do want to try some, but, I'm trying to resist temptation).

Same boat here... I've got lots that need to go in a box and make some music (well, reproduce music anyway...). I've got some as old as PE buyouts from the mid-90's... :eek:

I bought two of these today. There is a graph of the driver's performance on Page 14 of the this month's March sales flyer.

I saw that graph - if it's accurate, it is a very, very good bargain. Need to get an impedance plot for it, though.

would this be a good woofer to add to the madisound vifa rb kit? would i just need to add a crossover for the woofer or would the kit crossover need to be changed also?
