Dam it's hot!

I live right on the 45th parallel and up here we're not used to 94 degree days very often - summer or not! Just had to get inside and rant a bit. Is it hot everywhere today or just in my yard?

Life in a basement sucks! It's hot and humid and dusty. Having the expressway 60 ft away doesn't help either.

95 in St. Paul. I had about 10 hours of dirty engine work in a hot hangar today. But I am cool now.

I feel the pain in the hot hangar department. It was 100 here in Lower Alabama today with the heat index @110 again. The hangar I work in is just a large convection oven.
We have had the same weather on repeat for about 2 weeks now

Yup, I'm in Grand Rapids Michigan, and its been 90 and HUMID for a couple days and its supposed to be 90 and humid for a couple more... Hard to get motivated to do anything except lay out in the sun and snooze!

Here in Madison, Wisconsin it's 105 heat index. The roads around here are buckling like crazy. One section was raised 2 feet high. I bet that was a rough ride.:eek:

Yep, here in Minneapolis a bunch of roads buckled. Lame. I've got wicked AC though.

Up here In good o'll Canuck land it's been a solid 20c for a week now, last week was much better when it was closer to 30c. (yes, I'm a freak, I thrive in the hotter weather)

.....heck that's nothing try living out in the desert here Phoenix, Az where temps reaches over 110 degrees F. Tomorrow is suppose to be around 109! :rolleyes:

Heat Index of 115 in Grinnell today. Temp. of 94 with almost 70% humidity. I'll take 110 in the desert any day.
