I have decided to surface mount both woofer and tweeter. This is mainly due to the fact that I did NOT want to purchase a 45mm forstner bit exclusivley for this project (like Bill did... ), that and the modeling for the enclosure done by Paul C was for surface mounted drivers.
Just today I cut the bevels and installed hurricanes nuts. More pics to follow soon..
