  • Dayton RSS315 Series 12" Subs T/S Parameters

Does anyone have actual measured T/S Parameters for the RSS315 in any of it's forms? Or are the parameters given in the PDF's fairly accurate?

I was planning on running my well broken-in RSS315 HF-4 through WT3 tomorrow...

Thank you very much... never mind the question on Le if you saw it. Anyone else have the actual T/S measured on the HO version?

The Dayton published specs are working out to a 3cuft box to get a Q of .7 for the HF 4ohm, but with the measured specs above Q is now around .84. Just how important is the total system Q in a sub with an active Eq built into the amp? It seems others have build this sub with a 2 cuft box and seem very happy with them.

I was a little surprised too. Quadruple checked the numbers, no changes. With heavy stuffing that 3cf box gets down to .78Q... pretty good with nice excursion protection.
