The Dayton published specs are working out to a 3cuft box to get a Q of .7 for the HF 4ohm, but with the measured specs above Q is now around .84. Just how important is the total system Q in a sub with an active Eq built into the amp? It seems others have build this sub with a 2 cuft box and seem very happy with them.

I was a little surprised too. Quadruple checked the numbers, no changes. With heavy stuffing that 3cf box gets down to .78Q... pretty good with nice excursion protection.
