First crossover mocked up before soldering. Yes I ordered the parts before realizing there was an updated crossover!

So Mike, if that's an old Advent or AR peeking into the picture, you know it "needs" an Econowave update. :D

Yeah i am sure they will be fine. By the time i finished both crossovers it was to late at night to really listen but the one i finished earlier sounded good. Can't get over the bass response! I may redo the crossovers tonight i only had small guage wire to make the leads with on hand last night.

Some more progress. Almost to the point where I'll have to make myself stop listening to them and start prepping them for a paint job. These things definately punch well above their weight class!

The one that is peeking into the picture is a Dynaco A25. That guy is going to stay as is. However, the Econowave idea has been scratching at the back of my mind lately; I have a set of Infinity Qa speakers I took the Emit tweeter off and now they only have the 10" woofer. They really seem to be good candidates to get an Econowave upgrade. I just need to decide what horn to use on them and how to cross it. As it sets, the woofer was running full range. Hmmm.....:rolleyes:

Thanks for the comments. I look forward to seeing the ntn build. I took these over to my parents house for them to have a listen and my dad may want a set of ntn's for his front channels and a set of standard nano neos for surrounds. The foam is a mattress topper from Walmart. It was easy to put in with spray adhesive. Thanks to Chris also for cleaning up my camera phone pics!

My ntn's are indeed "in progress". Albeit slow. I have all the parts, and am puttering on the crossovers.

Haven't built the ntns yet. Ordering the the parts for the updated crossover. Also ordering another pair of drivers because I think I still want to build the original Nanos (I currently have everything to build 2 pairs of original Nano's).

If anyone wants, I have a Sketchup package for the ntns. Meets Chris' design volume. Have also modeled the box in Woofer Box...
