Is it me or is the NTN on the left a smidge taller than the right? Could be photo tricks. They look mini compared to those TT TL!

The ntn's do indeed look like "mini towers". That was my impression when I first built one. (BTW, the two shown are probably the same height, it's just that one of them is rotated a bit so it looks bigger in perspective.)

Yes gents.. exactly the same! Quick photo with the ole smart phone.

I appreciate all of the help you guys provide. Mainly chris' original diagram not having the negative path laid out or terminated with a ground symbol was asking me to dig back too far for my high school electronics class knowledge! But I found a couple of guides through the speaker builder Bible links and that got me to the first drawing I posted. I always try to research myself first before I ask questions as it gives me a better overall understanding than just asking someone outright to tell me what to do. I didn't get any pictures this weekend but I got the neos to the point where my dad could listen to them a bit. He is enjoying them. I will have the crossover ready for this weekend for the ntn and then it will just be down to sealing priming and painting all four. I also ordered the sure 2x100 board, power supply, and volume control for myself yesterday so I guess I have the sickness as well!
Well, I've finally set me up a listening area in my man cave. Brought up the TT TL's and the NTN's for a side by side comparison and finally a good listen on the NTN's with a variety of music. Conclusion: I love them both for different reasons, but a few words on the NTN's. There's not too many compliments that can be given at this point that haven't already been covered. They are absolutely incredible! The bass is truly amazing as is the sound quality overall. I currently have them running on an old Yammy RX V530 with my phone hooked up and Pandora going on "The Jazzmasters". I just kick back in the recliner, turn the lights down, and go into another world..no worries of work, the flooding, or the wife yelling at me (although I'm sure she'll be up here shortly with some sorta honey-do). Big Band is incredible also.. as the bass player digs a little deeper, the NTN's are there representing every note, beautifully! And Chris, as if you haven't heard this enough, thanks again.. (your head should be about the size of the moon by now! lol). Pic below as I sit here and write this (did turn the lights up for a sec for the pic.
I finally got around to bringing my pair inside and running them in stereo. I must say, like everyone else, the bass is impressive. After listening to my old set of DIY's, the difference is night and day. These are a great value. I couldn't help but think of the Nano Neos when viewing the latest DIY project in the PE flyer. It uses a Tang Band 4" and a Dayton tweet in a similar cabinet. Will the popularity of this design make the PE project site?
CWAD, didn't know you played the drums? I do as well. Nice!

Nice job on the NTN's. I love your man-cave, reminds me of my attic from a few years ago. And I love the Mini-Me!
