Post 18 has the recommended dimensions (might be more accurate to say the most often used dimensions).

The "folder" I think you're looking for can be found here.

Steve's ARE nice (just think, MINE are just particle board w/3/8" roundovers painted with flat white Lucite), but right now my favorite is a toss-up between yours and Tim's.

Hi Mikers- The round one was for a friend who lives on his sail boat and had to be wall mounted in a moderate sized cabin. Lots of compromises as far as positioning and it really needed to swivel. The same copper port is on both round and rectangular cabinets but the round one is down firing and just sitting on some scrap blocks for a test run before shipping. The port tube is centered and the cabinet turns on its axis. The copper seems like speaker bling but in short lengths it is cheap and the I.D. is an honest 1.5" and it cuts perfectly square with a cheap pipe cutter. And yes, I do like the shiny look.

After seeing how Soundslike recesses the woofer I wish I had done the baffle like his but I'll know next time thanks to him. I'm not sure how my friend routed the wires but he is picky and likely did a better job than I did.

The corian is easier to work than most hard woods with standard carbide tooling, no grain direction or brittleness to mess with. Try just a baffle and see how you like it. There is a lot of scrap corian now that people have moved on to granite.

and a copper pipe port to boot.

    Too cool

do you have a way to hide the wires on the rotating one?

what do you cut/route the corian with?

Those are very nice looking! The white baffle looks like you made it from Corian? Great looking speakers...

Chris- I have to delurk just long enough to also thank you for this great design. I have built two variations of your nano neo design and both sound way better than the parts price would indicate. I found that it is a lot easier to stray a little from the usual enclosure shape and materials if I don't have an arm and a leg invested in expensive drivers. I can also gift these to friends and family on my limited budget. I have had hours of fun building and listening to your design, thanks for sharing your knowledge.
