I believe the Peerless 835004 is no longer available. Same with the tweeter.

I built them almost exactly to his design specifications except they have a 1/4" wider baffle and I gave the baffles a 1/2" roundover. I have to say, I was driving them hard for about an hour this afternoon and they just kept sounding better. They were designed by Lou to be wall mounted (very little baffle step comp) and that is the way I intend on mounting them in my garage. Right now I am listening to them in my living room and they are about 12" from the back wall... and I am still pleased with their low end performance Midbass and midrange is excellent. Nothing to complain about these guys.
I think I may need to order 2 more and do a TMM or something. Well, that and get some real measurements on the tweeter. I still have to redo alot of stuff on mine, they won't be done forever it seems sometimes.

Ok I feel much better now.

are those woofers the 835004s?? I 've been having a most inpossible time modeling a crossover for them. If I remember right, I have to use something like a 217mH inductor  on the woofer, it's crazy.

Well they are finally done and they sound very nice. Surprisingly solid bass considering how their T/S specs model.

Sorry Wolf, another one picture wonder post :D

It's a 2' x 4' acoustic drop ceiling tile. The funky thin white plastic part easily peals off leaving a really nice dense 1" thick fiberglass mat. Best part is... I found these at Manard's (local big box home improvement store) and they had slightly damaged corners, so the manager said "how about a buck a piece?" Oh yeah :D
That's what I've been using. My local hardware store replaced their ceilings years ago and kept all the old tile. They have a pallet full in the back of the warehouse. They are selling them to me for 20 cents a piece. If you don't mind the itch they work great. Some have commented on the fibers getting air borne in a vented system. I was told not to worry about it from an abatement specialist. You could always spray a light coat of sealer over it if you were really worried. Build looks great.
