When is the cut off to let you know for sure if we are bringing a project?
As of right now, I have 36 pair tentatively coming. I'd really like to stay under 46 pair, and split evenly per day. But- there are always drop outs closer to the event so 4-5 pair extra does not hurt. As long as you keep your eyes peeled for that and don't let it get over 50 pair without yours involved, you'll be fine.
Truth be told, this is the entire reason for having the event as a 2-day affair the last couple years. It just allows for more play time!

Wolf

Okay, I am about 96% confident I can get them done. So if you want to change my status to one pair, I will bring the Minuet M7.2 from Clearwave Loudspeaker Design.
I would really love to attend this. But with an 11 hour drive each way (which would really suck), or airfare and hotel costs, its going to be pretty expensive. I'll have to let you know a little closer to the event.
Speaking of hotels, has anyone considered a particular hotel for reduced group rates?
-Steve
EDIT: actually, the room rate right at the Hyatt is pretty reasonable now that I look at it...$85 for Friday night.

As I recall last year, they even had a sale on the rooms that month, so it was less than that per room (reportedly).
I've not inquired about a group reduced-rate for those attending, as it would probably be more trouble than it was worth.
Where're you out of, Steve?

Not much there, yet, but it looks like it can link to Picasa, so we'll have somewhere to put the pictures post-show. I'm still learning what Google Sites can & cannot do, so don't be surprised if the pages change from click-to-click. I also need to make sure the sponsor (let's pluralize that) has top billing.
P.I. audio group has ceased production of the BUSS-Line. They will be available from a different company soon!
I'll be in touch with you later with more info....

I would like to be changed from "maybe" to "tentative" as the wife and I have started preliminary planning to attend. I still plan on bringing a 2-way based on the Dayton 8" DVC driver.
Don't listen to me - I have not sold any $150,000 speakers.

Philadelphia suburbs :o A bit of a hike for me. For 10+ hours of driving and the gas involved, I'd probably SAVE money by just flying out there. Plus, that long of a drive is not very appealing anyway, even if you share some time behind the wheel. By the time you get there, your feeling drained and stiff from all that seat time.
Do you have an agenda for the event with times for each portion, etc? If I do come out there I'd like to make sure I can plan to arrive for the beginning of the day on Friday.
-Steve
EDIT: Nevermind, just took a look at the official site Dirk linked to and the info is pretty much there.
I plan to attend. I'm not sure what days or if I will have anything ready for audition. A slight chance that the Raal omni clone might be done enough for a listen, depends on the challenges it presents during prototyping and measurements.
Any chance your "Blades" will be making an appearance? I'd love to get a listen to the speakers that inspired me to build mine.
It would be good to post a link to the hotel on the page as well. That way people can get rooms if need be.
It's at least referenced in this thread. I know directions are on the webpage. Just click the link to hyatt.com.
