Clearwave Dynamics 4T (special curved cabinet). Will be assembled with a curved lamination and veneered. They should look really awesome. The stack is for two pair.
I'm proud to say those are mine. I wanted to post and mention what a wonderful guy Dave is and an absolute PLEASURE to work with. If anyone is looking for help with CNC parts, stop wondering and shoot Dave a PM or email.

Thanks again for every thing Dave!
Thanks for the kind words. I look forward to seeing the finished product. If your previous work is any indication these should be "out of the park"!
Just a plug for Dave. He cut and assembled couple of cabinets for me, and did an excellent job. I think the prep work for the finish will be about as easy as it gets. They were nicely crated as well. Thanks Dave!
Your work is beautiful. Thank you for bringing your services to the DIY scene. I was referred to you by Baniells (user name on Clearwave audio forum) He said that you did his CNC work for his Clearwave Dynamics 4TSE (L&R) and 4CCSE (CC)
Hi all,

Progress of the 4 Pi cab's cut by Dave. All the parts fit with just a bit of sanding to get the baffles inside the enclosure. The vent is comprised of three glue joints (2x baffle + port) and pieces fit together without gaps.
Marking on the MDF are glue ruminants...will be coating the enclosures this weekend with bondo followed by sanding (repeating as required). The cabinets front and rear baffles (plus interior) will be primed (Zinsser BIN shellac-based) and painted as close to gun metal gray as I can get. The sides will be veneered with oak and finished w/ stain. The entire enclosure will be given multiple thin coats of polyurethane - inside and out - for a humidity barrier (they will soon be on their way to Cambodia).
All,
I'd like to offer my CNC services to the community. I've had my CNC up and running for about a year now and feel comfortable doing work for others. I've previously done some cabinets, signs, and other work.
To give an idea what I am able to do the machine has the capacity to cut up to 4'x8' sheets of material. I can fit roughly 6" under the gantry in the vertical axis. I recently completed my first set of speakers thanks to help from others in the community. This thead has pictures and a link to a video of the machine cutting cabinets and baffles.
I've created a pricing model, but it's a little complex to post. Below are some popular speakers and their prices. All are flat pack kits; assembly by customer. I can also do assembly and finishing (email me for details). Shipping is in addition to listed prices
Overnight Sensation Pair $38
Overnight Sensation MTM Pair $58
Zaph ZA5.2 (Sealed) Pair $49 (same as I just built).
36X24X14 Sub Box with vertical and horizontal internal brace $130
All are 3/4" MDF. I can also do different material or thickness,
Send me an email or private message if your interested or just post up a message with the details and I'll respond so others can see the prices.
Thanks,
Dave
Hello,
I would like to get a quote, on having you cut the surface mount driver holes
in the Parts Express MTM 1cuft front panels. I need (2) front panels with:
Neo8 PDR for mid-tweet
VIFA 18SKM09 woofer
2" Precision Port Vent
There needs to be at least 1" spacing between the Neo8PDR and the VIFA
because I need to have a sub-enclosure box in the back.
If you want to quote the rectangle 3" deep sub enclosure behind the Neo8
I need 2 of those also.
Dave, I was wondering if you could quote me two more pieces for my cabinets. I need two bases plates but with legs, using the same outline from the base plate from the towers. Something very similiar to this:
And I would want them out of 3/4 inch or thicker birch plywood, not MDF. Also, what would 4 baffles (just the baffles) for the Karma Indignia's cost me?
Here is an update of what Dave's fine CNC work has allowed me to build.
(I would have sent you an email, but I seemed to have missed placed your email addy. Sorry)
