Maybe somebody can come up with a better price too?

If the back is cut just right to fit the tweeter that adds value, of course...
The beauty of the baffle with the waveguide, is that's it's a baffle with a waveguide carved into it. One piece, no seams, far nicer look than any type of bolt-on would give. I think some of the guys are trying to get that profile produced in fiberglass as a bolt on which would seem to be more what you're looking for.

Would they have any sort of finish applied to them?

That's exactly the WG he's talking about. Ed sent me a couple of "test mules" that are at my feet right now. They have that WG I tested with the RS28F. And they are exact matches for the PE .75cf cabinets.

Ed made them from MDF, but a really good grade of MDF used for stair treads.

    Anyone interested in a 10 x 17 baffle with W.G.

I noticed the flat-pack sets for DIY guys, and was wondering if anyone would be interested in a standard 10" x 17" baffle that would fit P.E.s cabs, with the W.G. that seems to perform best carved in the top. I might have to charge 75 bucks or more for a set. Is that reasonable?
