I've been putting together an order for the crossover parts specified in the diagram you posted. I've found that I cannot get a few of the components, with the precise values specified. The biggie though is C12, a 105.41 uF capacitor. Those go for about $28 to $37 each, depending on which line you go with.

Are one of these what I need, or am i misinterpreting something? They're about 5 uF short, but they're about as close as I've been able to find.

Ron, these are shunt capacitors. NPE will do just fine.
Also, a such a high value 100mfd vs 105mfd isn't going to make audible difference.

I used NPE capacitor and there's absolutely no reason to use anything more expensive on the choke. A pair of MP capacitors of this value, would raise the price of the design by $60 or $80. Save it for the 15 year old Scotch and use NPE.

I played the loudspeakers continuously at a very high level (earmuffs on) for a prolonged periods of time (over 3 hours) and the resistors got very slightly warm. I don't see the need for anything more expensive here.

As an experiment I also threw some bypass caps on. I have a box of 800v 0.001mfd. No audible difference was detected.

Hey, Ron, you might want to consider the yellow 10uf poly caps that Madisound has on clearance. They're only $0.60 each, so 10 of them in parallel will make a 100uf poly cap for only $6.00. It'll be big, though ;)

Nevermind -- after reading more closely, I see that the cap in question is a shunt. I agree with Roman: NPE for that.

these are as good as any. I got a 100 from Madisound a while ago and use them quite often. Only complain is that leads brake off too easily but then again at 60c a piece, throw it out and get another one.

let me post the answer here as well. not everyone is familiar with Sound Easy interface so, here.

R3, R6, R9 and R14 are not actual resistors but a resistance of the inductor coils.
Actual resistors are R11 and R15

Also, note, Sound Easy does not automatically change resistance of the inductors as you change the values. Some of the inductor resistance values differ from actual available parts. Disregard it.

R11 can be changed between 1ohm and 3ohm, depending on your tastes in tweeter output.
Lowering the value of R15 will create a deeper suck out at 300hz and lower impedance between 200 and 500hz. I'd keep it as 3.5ohm.
