I guess it isn't possible. Thanks for trying. (Didn't mean to throw wrench in the works :o )

    bkeane1259,
Is it possible to allow stickam viewers to join chat without using social-network ID (just let people choose a nick)?

Phil Bamberg's build. The piano black gloss paint is like a mirror......very nice.

These are my NLA towers. Originally this was going to be a rat rocker build but I got a little passionate about the cabinets and Wolf decided to bump me out.

6.5" buyout subs (active) with SA240 and MTM with Aura NS35 and Vifa BC25 truncated.

This is Dan's unreal-looking and great sounding build. A Lexan waveguide that Dave P. has been working on looks super cool. TC sounds woofer and BG mid....Hope I caught those correctly.

    PIPE DREAMS --

Chuck's friend (Mike) built these PVC pipe speakers and if you look closely you will see they are mounted on a brake rotor base.....from a Kia.

Next up in the rat rocker theme is Eric's (brkitup) old school-looking garage speakers.....straight out of the 70's with that pea soup green paint. He calls them the RetroPassives ---- HOLY CRAP....they are efficient. We had to ride the volume down A LOT to keep it at 80db. Pretty good sounding and super loud...perfect for the shop.

MOVERS & SHAKERS up now (Don and Susan Bunce) -- yup, cardboard moving boxes loaded with JBL's and compression drivers.....I need ear protection.....crazy efficient, but wait.....they sound really really good. This can't be happening.

Tune in to the live video stream:

    --------------------------------------------------------------

    RAT ROCKER THEME BUILDS

First up is Paul Carmody with his daughter's tastefully decorated boom box. ND90's + DTA-2 T-amp + power supply. Why didn't she color the drivers?? :p The DTA-2 peters out pretty quick in this huge room. Not quite as powerful as the stack of Crowns in the background.

Paul again with .....a boom shelf. 1.5way ND90's full range.....Modeled after another PETT dude who came up with the shelf idea for his garage. A shelf that plays music...nice.

Chuck up next with his Decades. The woofer is a Realistic from 1976 and other parts up to 1996.....so decades of different parts.

Mark65's Duellati - built by Soundslike. Awesome piano black finish....the picture doesn't do it justice.

Chuck up again with the Karma's - incorporating a re-purposed JBL walnut baffle.

A look at Rory's RTA setup - we are averaging around 80db....hitting close to 90db at times. Yes, our music is NOT compressed, so there IS some dynamic range. LOL.

Dan P's turn - vifa DQ25 + MCM woofs MTM - unnamed at this point.
