According to Zaph's tests, here are some of the best value/usable drivers:
Cheaper Drivers:
Fountek FW168
Seas CA18RLY
Seas CA18RNX

Costly:
Usher 8945A

Expensive:
Scan-Speak 18W8531G (revelator)

He likes the revelator better than the illuminator.

No, in fact I believe it to be one of the bigger rip-offs out there. However, according to the OP original requirements for inclusion on this list, the only thing it misses on is the OD.

Otherwise, it is living proof that rubber surrounds, shorting rings, stiff cones, cast frames, and a fancy brand name still means you better be prepared to do some testing before using.

Because lists are extremely fun, as can be seen from the enormous following of my previous ones. Plus, if the criteria points are logical, these lists can be very useful for someone just starting this hobby, or looking to narrow down their options.

If you'll peek a little closer at the "enormous following", I think you'll find that about 80% of the posts are ridiculing you for posting these ignorant lists.
