    I finally got the tops last week and my friend Weldon did a really nice job as usual. They have a slight recess on the bottom and just set on top of the cabinets.

    It would have been better but I didn't plan to lay it on it's side when I built it. The Neo3 has pretty good vertical dispersion compared to the taller planar drivers so it's not a deal breaker. On top of that the listening position is on axis.

    I would tend to agree, and I'm surprised I missed that- good catch!

    I don't notice it and I didn't try to do anything about it. Then again I'm an old guy who's been around a lot of loud stuff.

    I will be modeling with the neo3 soon and am wondering how audible the 15khz peak is and did you try to tame it?
