  • Peerless 830500 test results

    I just tested this driver which I bought a few months ago. It is not broken in but I don't know how much difference it will make. The VAS measurement is wildly off as is the Le.

    I evaluated the differences with Unibox for both sealed and ported 60L boxes: almost no change in the graphs - maybe 0.5dB change at most at any frequency. The lower Le is certainly a good thing.

      The T/S params on this website ( http://www.tymphany.com/files/XLS-P830500%20Rev1_0.pdf ) are somewhat different than the ones published here at parts express.

      Any ideas why?

      And then I found this from Typhany: http://www.tymphany.com/files/resour...ssub12inch.pdf where it says the Qts is 0.48
