  • vifa ox20 in a little waveguide

    after reading zaphs writeup on the ox20 i decided to give it a shot.
    i drilled a 1 1/8 hole with a spade bit on the drill press, half from one side, half from the other. 3/4 ply with a 3/8 mdf backer. counter sunk the back with a 1 3/8 so the ox could set right the ply. use a traditional table top bit and then came back with a 1/2" roundover bit. im kind of surprised the first shot did so well.

      Now it's time for some bondo and sandpaper. You really want a smooth transition from guide to baffle.

        agree. just a test baffle. but i got to tell you, the ps 180 is not to impressive on this baffle.
