The Fusion 6 is sealed and starts to roll off at 80hz, so you would need a subwoofer for the low end. If you don't have a subwoofer hooked up, sometimes the mids will sound a bit different than you might be used to.

I have to sell them though :( Even though they are a small speaker and they sound great, the old lady wants something smaller. Can't blame her, it's just for watching TV, and these are way overkill for that.

So if anyone would like a set already built at a reduced price, let me know.

Sent you a PM about the speakers.

I let the speakers play all day while I was at work- full range. Came home and crossed them over at 80hz. I have 3 subs so low end is taken care of.
The Faital opened up. You could physically see that it was moving more than when first put it.

I'm not good at describing speakers but here you go-
Huge sound. Easy to listen to. Very neutral. Sound was even across a wide area.
Initially not impressed, but now I just want to keep playing music.

Does anyone local to chicago/illinois have the alpha 8 minion or the alpha 12 zephyr? I would live to have a listen in person. The fusion 8 alchemys are interesting too but the woofer doesnt look as visually attractive to me. I dont do grills either!
