I like the idea of having blanks.

This is a really cool baffle shape, and kind of tough for a regular DIYer, so I think there could be some interest, especially if there are appropriate designs to go with it.
Isn't it about time we started answering rhetorical questions?

What is the interest level in receiving a pre-painted baffle in satin black?

Painted or not, this would be a sweet option.

Honestly- You can do this pretty simply with a table saw and a taper-jig.

          I happen to have one.

If you're offering a tailored service to members who would pay for the level of detail, I'm all in.

Is there a possibility to change the exterior dimensions along with the driver cutouts?

Phil has a speaker business. I wouldn't call it small business.
              Ever heard of Bamberg Labs?

I was mainly stating what one could do to make them is all. I'm not trying to put a hindrance on Phil's bottom line.
If you want to buy them- more power to ya.

I think the faceted baffles are a good idea, if pricing can be held at a reasonable level relative to PE cabinet cost. The applicable market for these would probably not include individuals who think that they would be easy to do themselves.
Keep an open mind, but don't let your brain fall out.

A1: I can't offer variations on a per-pair basis, because that defeats the cost advantage of CNC a large batch at once.

A2: Again, the baffle fits right onto the 0.5cF cabinet. The only variation I was considering is to stretch its height by less than an inch below the woofer. This would allow it to tilt back the PE cabinet, and/or fit onto my Series 3 angled floor monitor cabinet. If you wanted to skip the tilt back feature, you could easily saw off the bottom excess on your table saw. (Or I could saw it for you.)

If most guys want it blank, then they can route in their own tweeter and 6" or 7" woofer circles.

Email me if you're interested and I will start a list.

Wolf, the taper jig you mentioned won't accomplish the facets.

I don't see why not. It should do it just fine. Not that the precision and ease of the CNC are anything to sneeze at. It would be very cool to have these available as an option, and thanks to Phil for putting it out there, but I do think a competent woodworker should be able to do those with a taper jig and table saw like Wolf mentioned.

Hmm, well study the angled side facets some more. They are a compound angle. Let me know how to safely process those via table saw. Enlighten me!

Well, I'm far from a tablesaw genius, but I would do that using a sled. Unless I am missing something on the picture it should be doable. Take the measurement of the angle of the long vertical chamfer and build that angle into the base of your tablesaw sled. Then set your blade at 45 deg (I assume its a 45) and slide it through. You would have to have the mirror image of the sled to do the other side. It wouldn't be SIMPLE, but is doable I think. Maybe a better cabinet builder than I can weigh in on that.

Make a simple jig to attatch to your miter fence and clamp the piece to it. Disclaimer: if you do this you assume all risks and if you cut off your finger or get hit with flying cutoffs, it's NOT my fault! lol
