Thanks Matt, the Chris Jones song is among one of my favorites now. Here's a couple from a group that seems to be up and coming, Kaleo. Although the first song isn't new it will be featured in the "Logan" movie coming out next month. They like to record live in unusual places but it's cool. Most of these videos have about a 1 minute or so intro before the song starts.

Thanks for sharing this Kevin! We went to Iceland last year and really enjoyed our trip. We went to the lake where that video was filmed on the iceberg. Iceland has an incredible music scene and I wish we had a chance to spend some more time in Reykjavik checking out some of the great music venues. It is a really amazing place in so many ways - I can't wait to go back!

If you're looking for some really great female vocals, electronic/instrumental, and a good bass line check out Marian Hill.
In particular:
- Down off of the Act One album
- One Time off of the Sway album
- Lips off of the Sway albumLike my Dad always says, "I know enough to be dangerous!"

Not a 'test track' as such, but the new 50th Anniversary Sergeant Pepper's...has marvellous sound which will certainly test the quality of your speakers. The drums and bass are mixed a bit higher, but the clarity of the new mix by Giles Martin (George Martin's son) is a real surprise. Penny Land and Strawberry fields have been added to an extra disc, also in new mixes.
What an album!

Artist: Dominic Miller
Album: Fourth Wall
Track: London Paris Cardiff
Interesting track with some occasional interesting bass.
Also, for demoing speakers and having some fun, I like:
Artist: Martin Garrix
Track: Animals.
This track starts off with about 10-20 seconds of compressed crap that will make the greatest speakers in the world sound like a clock radio. You can nod your head in excitement to whomever you're demoing your system to, as if you think this clock-radio sound is fantastic. And before you know it, the bass is there and if you have things loud enough and if the listener isn't familiar with this track, you may startle them a little.
