make a new folder and cut and paste this for the name: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

hit enter to finalize the name



gives you access to pretty much any service or adjustments you can make. found it on imgur and it works 100% on windows 7. i don't have anything with windows 8 running now, so no way to test.

It does come with it by default, it is just a shortcut to a registry key that shows the advanced control panel options. Useful, but hardly a "Godmode". I called my folder "NotReallyGodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}"

You can also use the same type of shortcut to quick access several other registry features, if one is so inclined.

No grumpytown here. It is a handy trick, but the guy who published it did not do the world any favors calling it "god mode".
