Looking for Baffle and Cabinet Service

I have some projects coming up and I am looking for someone who does really great work to create some cabinets and baffles for upcoming projects.

I the past I was using Takitaj aka Tom Jones, but I think Tom is going to take a break for awhile. Tom did excellent work and I am bummed out that he is not around right now. So I wanted to see if there was anyone else who would be interested.

Yes CNC would be needed unless the person has mad woodworking skills.

I have done both cabinets and baffles for several members of the forums. Lots of veneer work as well. If you need to see work, just search my screen name on here.

My cnc is 24" x 48", so it limits the size of speakers I produce. You can see my car work at www.uberstealthaudio.com

Again, I'm available on West Coast up to 24X48 including 3D and/or raster baffle work. I have closed loop router speed and just upgraded my frame to cut faster with less frame flex and to reduce vibration. Cuts like it's a 20 ton cast iron frame.

Don't know exactly what you're looking for, but I do custom speaker cabinets as a sideline from my regular job as a cabinet builder. I have a "partner" who does design work for me as well. I can do veneer as well as piano gloss finishes. The only condition is that clients can't be in a rush. I'm located in Virginia. Here are two recent pieces of work.

There are numerous CNC projects on my web site. I don't generally do assembly or finishing, just basic design, drawing and cutout. I've only been doing this about 6 months so I don't have a long history. I don't have space to grow into painting or finishing so you won't find glossy finished projects on my web site. Neither can I do "production" runs. I just don't have the space or a suitable location. Check out Bamberg Audio Series 3, here. I did all the CNC work on the prototype for this project. Phil does some of his own joinery and subs out the finishing locally. I built my own set of 5 HT Satellites and three other projects before that that my son commandeered for himself. I've also done some projects that are proprietary so they won't end up on the web site.

Well I guess I should post what projects I want to get baffles and cabinets for:

1. Choti's I have found a beautiful piece of tiger stripe maple that I would like to use for the baffles that I would send to the person along with drivers to fit. I also need the baffles to be removable. Cabinets should be done in 1/2" MDF.

2. Voxel Sub in 3/4" MDF.

I will supply all drivers, ports, and any other parts needed to fit for the flat packs.
