thanks , i dragged it up to the shop so i could jam out while working on the box but its been raining since so it will stay until i can transport it dry ...

Sorry, a bit of nit picking...I assume there's a brace opposite your mid enclosure hidden by insulation? Port is right behind the driver?

yes there is bracing and not quite right behind the driver . it fits somewhat between bottom of mid chamber and top of the woofer

got the baffle attached also ...

a couple measuring questions guys ... the mid test box has one set of driver in them and i put the other set in the big box , does it make a difference what set i measure ? and should i break in the 125's ?

Measure the ones in the finished baffle. Yes break in the mids and woofers a bit.

Steven , i'm a rookie as well so i'll try to answer this the best i can . it is an effort to make sure the box was well lined and if ya notice there is a nice large space for the XO to go into that foam . also its in preparation for stuffing the lower end . i have to thank Jbruner for all his time and help , we have pages of communications off forum to this point . this was one of the links he sent me , scroll down to tall enclosures ... http://www.zaphaudio.com/tidbits/
