Duratex website recommends spackle and not bondo . it is pink DAP that dries white when ready to sand ...

Hardest part for me to do as well.

What a cool idea for the feet. Interested in seeing how they turn out.

they are buy out caps that Josh supplied . compared to the cost of the 75uF you may have missed out ....

What is the bundle of yellow caps? I have seen these used a couple times in different builds and wanted to know if I was missing something great or you guys got 60 of them on buyout for 5 bucks.

so , yesterday i as putting these through what i'd hope to be the final tests and low and behold at full volume with certain materiel i saw and heard the excursion that Josh seen in his version . i have since added back in the mid changes , changing to 1.1mH and adding 30ohms across post XO ... i think Josh may be getting tired of drawing me schematics ... :o

with a couple day listening to the new changes i'm not convinced i like them . i do like how the zobel has cleaned up the upper bass but i believe padding the mids has changed the overall balance of the speaker . i did however go outside for a pic before i go back on the mid change ..
raw driver on axis from 3ft with THD ...

    that thing is hideous. :p

Love it. Mine used to not be the prettiest either. Mine used to look like massive softballs of metal and hot glue.
