Ok, as of right now this is the list of people bringing a project/s. If you bringing something and your not listed let me know. If all these happen we're at 17 projects. Average of 20 min's per project puts us around 5 hours right now. Obviously any active set-up will take a bit longer in the set-up times, I only see maybe 3 of these so far if Steve gets an amp for his?? (Adam, Wolf, Bigfishe)

I will only have the addition of a powered sub. All else is passive. Simple and easy.
Oh yeah- make me a 3.
Later,
Wolf

I have a set of Econowaves that I want to show. Jerry and I are also setting up a PA system out in the factory that will use another set of econowaves along with a couple different subs.
x2 (well that and I'm addicted to stereos ). If there's anything I can do to help, please let me know. I'll look for him at the event, and I'm sure much like everyone else attending, make sure he feels welcome and gets whatever he needs.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks for putting on this event. I know how time consuming and sometimes frustrating organizing these can be while you're keeping track of who's coming and who might be dropping out (I know I pulled out fairly last minute at Iowa, hopefully I gave enough notice that I didn't cause too many issues :o). So a very sincere "thank you" to everyone behind the scenes!!

So I waited too long to do my room reservation, to the point that it seems every cheap room near the event was booked solid. No idea what's going on in town, but it must be something big. I'm in the Sheraton Louisville Riverside, Friday night only (consider the bullet bitten). Ben, Matt, and I were supposed to be sharing a room, so now they're staying in style, and I'm eating the difference between the Sheraton and a cheaper hotel nearby because of my waiting. Lesson learned - next year I won't procrastinate on room reservations.
Is the MikeC GTG weather-dependent?
Also, I will have one pair of speakers to show, the Origin 6 towers that have already been to InDIYana and Iowa DIY.

Okay so like I have not been on here in a while and don't have time to search. What day and location is this event. I would love to come see what everyone has been up to. Unfortunately I don't have a project completed at this time (perhaps if I would have checked up on things I could have been ready). Please let me know. Thanks. Brian

ok, so my wife managed to book a room at the Ramada for Saturday night. I couldn't get Friday off from work, so will be starting Friday evening and hitting Chicago late night, and then early morning drive to Louisville, or at least that is the plan.
Anybody staying over Saturday night for informals, etc? I know Friday night would have been more fun, but it got squashed pretty fast....

Rory, I know you already booked a room, but did you check the Ramada Inn? I believe they still have rooms available and with AAA, the all-in rate is $93/night. I just checked online and they have double non-smoking rooms for Friday and Saturday. Why wouldn't you stay there?

Sorry, my reservation at the Sheraton isn't refundable. But it's not going to break me by any means, and even though I don't normally book one for myself, I appreciate a stay in a nice hotel room. I'll base Ben, Matt, and Chuck's shares on the price of the cheaper room at the Ramada so they aren't paying any more than they would otherwise.
