Does anyone own one besides me?
I own an older model but, it is a very high quality unit. I highly recommend them.

I just found out Madisound sells them from the "thin sub" thread. No reviews though.

Free support for loudspeaker projects, sourcing OEM speaker building supplies, and passive crossover design. We sell raw speaker drivers (tweeters, woofers, subwoofer, midrange drivers, full range drivers), speaker kits, amplifiers, capacitors, resistors, and inductors.

I bet they're awesome. I use Hypex UcD180ST amps in my truck and they are incredibly powerful, high noise rejection which is especially critical in a 12v application and tiny, I can fit EIGHT Hypex modules in a 10x10" footprint. That is [email protected] in that tiny space!!!

Currently building an active speaker system using Hypex 100 and 180 modules

All Hypex products are excellent. I think most people shy away from the sub plate amps due to the price, and IMO a Hypex amp is a bit underutilized if it's only driving a sub.

If I ever had the need to build an active speaker, the AS2.100 would be on my list for sure.

            This is what I have:

Not 100% sure what the power supply looks like but it is an incredible amp. Virtually noise-proof in even the worst environments and fits anywhere, I love it. Not cheap but compared to the $2k Brax X2400.2 I'm comparing it to it is a steal lol.

              That's a great find.

I have not found any credible research showing that most of the differences we hear among loudspeakers cannot be explained by examining these two variables." -Alvin Foster, 22 BAS Speaker 2 (May, 1999)
