No, there's not a deadline per se, but if you're showing a project and you wait till the last minute to register, there's a chance there will not be an open slot at the theater on Saturday. We've consistently had this problem since 2013. However, you can always show stuff at the informal sessions if all the Saturday slots fill up.

The other thing to consider is event logistics. There's nothing worse than planning an event and having 75% of the attendees register the week before the show. It makes the event planner's life a royal mess.

That being said, if you know you're attending and you have not registered yet, get your b u t t over to the page and do it. Cheers.

Isn't that the place where they disabled all the smoke detectors. ;)

I'm looking for some guidance for the demo, and sorry if that info is posted somewhere and I missed it. I have Audacity and have used it. I'm looking for suggested length, insert house tracks at beginning, suggested file format, etc.?

Submitting ahead of time suggests maybe they'll be loaded in presentation order as a time saver?

Five minutes is our maximum length, and yes - submission ahead of time will be a tremendous time saver!
Don't listen to me - I have not sold any $150,000 speakers.

Yes. When the campaign ends (Oct 5th), they will get shipped out.

                    Bryan -

Thought I had signed up. I'll try again tonight - it's blocked here at work.

I'm on the list and was thinking about bringing 2 pairs of speakers. I made a comment about that when I registered but it doesn't look like it made it to the list. If there's an open spot on the schedule I'll take it but I don't want to bump someone else that wants to participate. I'm working on a little ported 2 way with ND105-4 and Fountek NeoCD1.0 and assuming it's finished I'll just bring it to the evening session if the schedule is full.

Sure...bring them, Ron. The only thing is we only have room for another 13 or so projects. Despite the relatively low registration count thus far, almost everyone who is registered is exhibiting. Also we know from prior experience that we get a flood of last minute interest, so no guarantees right now on being able to show more than one system at the Harris Center.

TLDR: One exhibit per person still...for now at the Theater. But bring whatever you want to the hotel. Thanks.

I registered my 3 ways, but I'll also bring my Reclamations and if we get to hear them great, if not I understand

Both of those systems sound great, but if we rock them at the hotel like you did at Meniscus, we will get tossed like rag dolls.
