The box shape and how you put them on their "sides" (obviously they're designed to go that way) reminds of some old Bose 201 bookshelf speakers.

Thanks again! Yes, I use sketchup at the start of every build refer to the model for drawing up the cutlist and during glue ups so I get it right

After I finished these I also was reminded of Bose too (!), but were not the original inspiration. That came from a pair of horizontal monitors built by Roman and Philarcario some years ago. My speakers also appear quite similar to Wolf's Xenolith's. Maybe a trend in the making?

I totally encourage you to do a project with the Anarchy woofer; they are a great bargain. They out perform 8" SB23NRXS45's I used in a prior 3 way project. Here I think cone material makes a difference.

The downside is break up in higher frequencies, but not an issue in a 3 way.
