Please add me to the list of speaker presentations. I'll bring my 3-way (six channel) DSP crossover/EQ open baffle creation that I debuted earlier this year in Dayton. Given a little time to tweak the set-up would be nice, so perhaps a slot in the line-up just after lunch. That would give me a chance to have good sound yet not delay/annoy everyone.

Is anyone bringing a subwoofer to the event? If so, could I connect to it to enhance the lowest octave or so with my open baffle creation. I'm talking line level connections to a self-powered sub with adjustable gain. If not, I'll bring my 2.5 cu. ft. 12" sealed sub with a boosted plate amp for this duty but it would lighten my load if someone else has a sub to share.

I will have a sub, powered by a Crown Drivecore, that will keep up with your mains.
This design has not yet been posted, but I'm holding onto the details until Saturday.

Wolf, thanks for the quick reply!

What I what I have in mind is to use Y-cable RCA connections from the R and L woofer channels to add some impact down low. My open baffle 15" woofers aren't subs per se as they are EQ'ed to operate roughly 35 to 200 Hz. My concern is that the large space at the event will swallow my speakers' bass authority down low. The augmentation from a box sub would add impact to cover any bass lightness below say 50-60 Hz.

I actually will have my Crown running off the XLR cables from Rory's Preamp since the SE connections will likely go to the Ncore amps. I'll run bridged and Lowpass to whatever freq that's necessary.

This is gonna be fun!

Like last year, FirstBuild will be using their in-house equipment to live stream the event!! This is great news for folks who can't make the trip. Their equipment is all state-of-the-art stuff and the stream last year was outstanding. I'll be manning the social stream so questions can be answered in real time (for the most part). I'm a bit slow sometimes and I don't always know what drivers are being used so perhaps I'll bring an extra laptop for Ben to chime in with model numbers, etc. LOL.
