It doesn't seem to have an adjustable threaded area to accept more weight by mechanical means (can't really tell since there's no straight-on rear pic,) but more weight could probably be epoxied on if it's not too much. It seems to have double the moving mass of PE's unit, though, so more mass probably wouldn't be needed for most applications.

It's a pretty nice looking unit, I like the curve on the edge of the speaker and it has a nice look overall.

Just a little Passive Radiator action for us PR lovers out there.

It is nice looking, but yet no Xmax rating. With PE's SD175, I know what I'm getting. The $3 doesn't make enough different for me. YMMV of course.

They both have .PDFs that give xmax of 8mm along with the rest of the parameters.

I sure didn't see xmax listed on the page Tom linked. Looked at the "specs" drawing w handlettered soec and at the PE description.

They both have .PDFs that give xmax of 8mm along with the rest of the parameters.

EDIT: just looked at the questions at the bottom of the page and Matt P states that it appears to have about 10mm one way.

I simulated this PR....I have an MTM idea using some Peerless 850108's (5.25") I have laying around. For that MTM I would need to use 4 of those PRs to get same output as a single port.....not very practical.
