I was looking at your kit build forum page, and noticed that the baffles on some of the first pictures seem to be fully cut out for the full "A" diameter of the speakers, while on the pictures further down, there are only routered circles for flush mounting and then smaller holes for the actual cutout diameter of the speaker. Did you sandwich 2 layers of MDF together for the front, with the back (inside the cabinet) holes larger so the drivers get better airflow? I'm just a little confused. I'm getting really excited to start building these!
