Mike , I recently purchased some woofers (#299-061) that have taken damage during shipping , I bought eight and two took damage , they were still in a "Bravox" sealed case but the plastic inserts they placed into the woofer mounting holes to keep the woofer's surround from getting squished popped out and punctured the rubber surround. What should my next step be?
