I think we forgot my #1 and #3 retainer rings in your shop.
I ran those drivers on my WT and (without break-in) I thought you got one good one and one bad one. Then I broke them in (by hand) and their numbers came closer together (the high ones came down - and the low ones went up). I've never seen that before.
Anyway, I think they'll be OK (unless further testing changes my mind). Had you put power on either of them before?
I'm thinkin' 8" 2-way in a slot-vented box, about 1.4 cf, crossed to either an USHER or RS tweeter around 1.5kHz. We'll have to discuss.
